The station sound at BBC Radio Manchester is a high maintenance beast! With special landmark programming almost weekly and the day-to-day trails to manage there's always plenty going on at my digital workstation. However, I'll try and update this page monthly to give you an idea of what I've been up to.
OK then... monthly was a bit ambitious. I'll try and upload some of the highlights of 2007 once the Christmas rush is over!
Meanwhile, I also look after the imaging at HWD Hospital Radio. In March 2007 we introduced a new on-air imaging package. The previous jingles and imaging had been on air since 2004 and although there had been numerous mini-updates, we thought that after three years it was time for something new. We'd worked with Reelworld Productions of Seattle in 2004 to customise their WLIT package for us and so it seemed like a natural choice to use their next WLIT package. You can hear some of results here along with other imaging currently on air.
